From Pisa
1.Take the A12 motorway in the direction of ROMA-GROSSETO, exit at ROSIGNANO. Take the EXPRESSWAY SS 1 towards GROSSETO.
2. Exit at SCARLINO and carry on towards Castiglione della Pescaia.
3. Before you reach Castiglione, turn left once you have passed the village Riva del Sole and a little after "Le Dune", drive along Viale Piemonte, and after approximately 700 metres take the road called Via Campania. Immediately after take the second road on the right - "Villa Le Cannucce" is no.8.
From Roma
1. Take the motorway in the direction of Civitavecchia.
2.The motorway ends in Civitavecchia; take the expressway SS 1 towards Grosseto/Livorno.
3.Exit at GROSSETO NORD and carry on towards Castiglione della Pescaia.
4.In Castiglione you can either take the panoramic route, or go through the town.
5.At the end of the panoramic route turn right and go along Viale Kennedy. After approximately 200 metres turn right along Viale Piemonte; after approximately 700 metres take Via Campania. Immediately after take the second road on the right - "Villa Le Cannucce" is no.8.
